LA GRANDE — The case of a La Grande man who is going to prison after he exposed his genitals to a 3-year-old in October 2022 has prompted a bill to address loopholes in Oregon law.
Daniel Breshears, 62, is going to state prison for more than two years for first-degree attempted sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a minor and public indecency.
