PENDLETON — The first snow of the winter is on the way to Umatilla and Morrow counties, according to the National Weather Service in Pendleton.
Meteorologist Matt Callihan said to expect snow starting Wednesday, Jan. 10, mostly at higher elevations above 1,200 feet.
