UMATILLA COUNTY — The Hat Rock Fire burning in northern Umatilla County east of Hermiston has surpassed 16,000 acres and is 70% contained.
The Oregon State Fire Marshal in an update Friday, June 16, also reported the Mount Hebron Fire in Pendleton is totally contained.
