ENTERPRISE — State officials have decided against opening an investigation into an email sent by a supporter of the Greater Idaho movement to determine if it might violate state election laws.
After reviewing materials submitted to the Elections Division of the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office, officials determined that “there is no cause to open an investigation” into charges that the email might exert “undue influence” on the election, Ben Morris, a spokesperson for the office, said in an email Wednesday, June 7.
