PENDLETON — Poachers wasted three elk in Umatilla and Morrow counties, and the Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Division is asking the public for help in tracking down the culprits responsible.
According to OSP, poachers slayed two Rocky Mountain Elk in Morrow County and one in Umatilla County.
