Clackamas County District Attorney John Wentworth last week asked the state to lead the inquiry into the death of Derrick D. Clark.

The Oregon Department of Justice has taken over the investigation into the fatal shooting last month of 24-year-old Derrick D. Clark during a traffic stop.
