Third time’s the charm? Feds try again to update Blue Mountains Forest Plan

PENDLETON, Ore. — It may be nearly 20 years overdue, but the U.S. Forest Service is again ready to start updating its management plans for three national forests in the Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon and southeast Washington.
