THE WEATHER PATTERN

An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape)  will keep temperatures at or a bit above normal. The graphics for days 1-3  show the dry cold front that pushed through the Pacific Northwest Tuesday. The graphics for days 3-7   Saturday through Wednesday show a frontal system moving through the Pacific Northwest Saturday.

  • A WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM TODAY FOR THE EASTERN COLUMBIA RIVER GORGE OF OREGON, THE LOWER COLUMBIA BASIN OF OREGON, AND THE FOOTHILLS OF THE NORTHERN BLUE MOUNTAINS OF OREGON.
