POOLS IN THE BEDROCK ALONG THE RIVERS EDGE ARE KNOWN TO DEVELOP BLUE-GREEN ALGAE (CYANOBACTERIAL) BLOOMS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL TO PETS AND PEOPLE IF ACCIDENTAL INGESTION OCCURS. SIGNS HAVE BEEN POSTED ALONG SEVERAL ACCESS AREAS ALONG THE  RIVER.

THE WEATHER PATTERN

Upper Level Low Pressure brings normal temps and a little rain. The graphics for days 1-3  show a cold front approaching the coast Saturday. The graphics for days 3-7   Monday through Friday show a frontal system pushing through Monday and Monday night, and the next one between Monday and Monday night, then another front slides through the Pacific Northwest Wednesday.

Note: The Autumnal Equinox occurs tonight at 11:50 PM. That makes Saturday the first full day of Autumn (Fall).
