PENDLETON — The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in downtown Pendleton recently mowed its lawn for the first time since June.
The Rev. Charlotte Wells, the church’s rector — or leader — said it was starting to look like a meadow, but that’s part of the charm of their new water-wise lawn, especially in the beginning phases.
