At 1:35 a.m. on May 30, Eugene Police responded to a report of a single-vehicle rollover crash at eastbound Beltline near River Avenue. When police arrived, they found a Toyota Prius heavily damaged with two occupants in the vehicle. The crash blocked the on ramp to Delta southbound. Eugene Police Major Collision responded to the scene to investigate.
Intoxication is being investigated as a factor in the crash. Both the passenger and driver, both in their 20s, were transported by Eugene Springfield Fire to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
