UMATILLA COUNTY – A crash Monday night, July 1, on Interstate 84 near milepost 223 injured two Texans.
Oregon State Police reported Amanj Abdulla, 58, of Richmond, Texas, was driving a Volvo commercial vehicle on the eastbound side of Interstate 84 near milepost 223 when it sideswiped a over-heated pickup with a trailer parked on the shoulder of the freeway.
