PENDLETON — Umatilla County Commissioner Dan Dorran has a vision for the county to build its own version of Oregon’s TripCheck program.
Dorran on Thursday, June 1, hosted the second county transportation town hall in the Bop Clapp Theatre at Blue Mountain Community College, drawing about 20 vendors and representatives from local agencies to discuss Umatilla County Asset Management & Situational Awareness System, or UCAMSAS, the project to bring that interactive map to reality.
