HERMISTON — The Columbia Development Authority is hoping to check off another box Wednesday morning, Nov. 8, during the meeting of the Umatilla County Board of Commissioners.
The board votes whether to annex commercial development areas of the former Umatilla Army Chemical Depot in Hermiston into Umatilla County Fire District No. 1.
