UMATILLA COUNTY — Umatilla County residents can weigh in at public hearings on a proposal to change the number of animals residents can have in numerous zones.
The Umatilla County Planning Commission is holding a public hearing on the development code amendment Thursday, April 25, at 6:30 p.m. in the Media Room of the Umatilla County Justice Center, 4700 NW Pioneer Place, Pendleton. The county board of commissioners will hold a subsequent public hearing on the matter June 5 at 10 a.m.
