PENDLETON — Umatilla County received a single proposal to replace the makeup air handler unit for the jail kitchen at the Umatilla County Justice Center in Pendleton.
HMS Commercial Services of Milwaukie was the only contractor responding to the county’s request for proposals, Administrative Services Director Dan Lonai said. HMS’ bid was $73,473.
