PENDLETON — Gov. Tina Kotek’s recent directive to Oregon State Police to crack down more on fentanyl dealers met with some indifference from two of Umatilla County’s top police leaders.

Pendleton Chief of Police Charles Byram said the plan Kotek announced Sept. 26 did not put anything new on the table.
