PENDLETON — Umatilla County Emergency Manager Thomas Roberts has resigned. Board of Commissioners Chair Dan Dorran is acting as interim emergency manager until the county hires a replacement.
“Tom put in his resignation a couple of weeks ago,” Dorran said. “He was looking for something different. He had served for about eight years.”
