PENDLETON — From Saturday to Monday, July 1–3, the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators and the U.S. Coast Guard in Operation Dry Water, a national heightened awareness and enforcement weekend.
Participating law enforcement agencies will focus on educating boaters about safe boating practices across the country, which includes sober boating.
