PENDLETON — Umatilla National Forest officials reduced public use restrictions on the forest effective Thursday, Aug. 24.
The restrictions are back to Phase A, according to a press release from the Umatilla National Forest, which are the first level of restrictions the forest generally implements when the fire danger is moderate to high.
