ENTERPRISE — With the arrival of winter weather and frigid temperatures, the Wallowa Valley Community Ice Rink opened for the season on Tuesday.
There is no charge to use the ice rink, and normal operating hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, weather permitting. It is a managed, natural, unrefrigerated outdoor rink, and is kept open as much as possible during those hours, except when it is too warm, rainy or snowy.
