PENDLETON — A crash Monday night, Dec. 19, on Interstate 84 near Stanfield claimed the life of a Washington man.
Oregon State Police reported the fatal wreck occurred near milepost 188 on the eastbound side of the freeway. Chad Michael Flynn, 39, of Carnation, was driving a white 2000 Ford F-350 pickup when it lost traction, collided with a guardrail and rolled.
