On June 26 at 7:45 p.m., Eugene Police officers were dispatched to a call at a shopping center parking lot, 2740 River Road, where a Lexus was reported to have entered the parking lot and struck several parked vehicles, one which was occupied. Dispatch advised the driver of the Lexus, later identified as Jennifer Christene Clark, age 46, of Eugene, had exited her vehicle.
Once officers arrived, a Nissan Murano and a Toyota Camry were found to be damaged in the parking lot and Clark was sitting nearby. She appeared to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for further investigation. She is being charged with DUII and Reckless Driving.
There were no reported injuries requiring emergency treatment.
