ENTERPRISE — A domestic dispute between an Enterprise woman and her former husband has led to a dispute between the woman and the Enterprise Police Department over an officer’s actions, including his drawing his firearm.

Tami Nuxall said Tuesday, Aug. 15, that the previous evening just after 11 p.m., a man named “Mike” — she said she doesn’t know his surname — showed up at her Montclair Street home and got her and three children with her to “go to the store.” She said she had her 12-year-old daughter, 10-year-old son and a 10-year-old friend of her kids with her. All five were packed into the cab of her pickup.
