HERMISTON — The city of Hermiston has announced a major North First Place infrastructure upgrade project that will begin the week of May 7.
The project will involve demolishing and rebuilding North First Place between Hermiston and Elm avenues, replacing water and sewer lines, adding a multi-use pathway on the east side of the road and filling in 3,000 feet of sidewalk.
