BAKER CITY — A free workshop outlining upcoming changes to the Oregon Forest Practices Act, which applies to logging on private land, is set for Thursday, Oct. 26, in Baker City.
The event is set for 9 a.m. to noon at the Sunridge Inn, 1 Sunridge Lane.
